Metal Toughness Challenge
This is the battle we are going to conquer together. Week 1 is the toughest part.
Our weakest & strongest link is our minds, once we conquer our minds we conquer everything.

When we wake up, we meditate for a minimum of 10 mins. The HeadSpace app offers guided meditation & makes meditation easy for beginners. We’ll train ourselves to calm our minds under any circumstance.


After meditation we fill our minds with positivity with a self improvement book for a minimum of 10 mins. No B.S. novels! We’ll fill our cleared minds with positivity.
We’ll track our calories & food using the My Fitness Pal app, & consume 4L of water daily. Google calorie counters, there are many kinds that tell you how many calories you need to lean out, maintain your weight or bulk up.


On an empty stomach, we’ll get at least 40 mins of exercise where we increase our heart rates. Not a stroll around the neighbourhood, I mean pushing yourself and keeping your heart rate elevated l. Add as much HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) as you can. Get your heart rate up & those endorphins going.
Keep in mind the above are minimum requirements. I do 20 minutes of meditation, 30 mins of reading and 2 hours of training every day. My carbs are low & calorie count is 2200 because I’m leaning out. If you’re a beginner you can start by eating clean & avoiding any junk food .
This program works whether you’re just starting off or have been training for years. Follow this for 30 days & you’ll feel like you can conquer the world.
There will be tough days, We’ll have our ups & downs but I’ll be with you the whole way, posting my progress daily on my Instagram story. We’ll hold each other accountable & together we will become the best version of ourselves.
So have fun this weekend, pig out, get shit faced, but start Monday with no more booze, cheating, or laziness. Our focus will be 100% on the 30 day #MentalToughnessChallenge.
